RoHS II Compliance Statement

Dear Valued Customer,

AC&E Pty Limited designs, manufactures and distributes interconnectivity products for the Telecommunications industry. We are committed to be in compliance with all applicable global laws, directives and regulations.

AC&E hereby certifies that parts identified by us as RoHS Compliant do not contain any of the hazardous substances above the acceptable limits listed below and fully defined under Directive 2011/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8, 2011 on the restriction of use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. We give this assurance based on information from our suppliers and internal processes that are established within our operation.

Material Substance Threshhold Level
Cadmium / Cadmium Compounds < 100ppm
Hexavalent Chromium / Hexavalent Chromium Compounds < 1000ppm
Lead / Lead Compounds < 1000ppm
Mercury / Mercury Compounds < 1000ppm
Polybrominated Biphenols < 1000ppm
Polybrominated Diphenolethers < 1000ppm
Deca BDE < 1000ppm

Generally our products utilize Exemption 6C under the RoHS II Directive which permits a very small percentage of Lead (in Brass and other Copper alloys) in excess of the above allowable homogeneous limits to facilitate machinability. We continue to evaluate viable alternatives as they become available in an effort to phase out any exemptions in our products.
