AN277 Temp and Humidity Sensor Updates 2025
Due to supply issues for previous hardware, a new model of temperature and humidity sensors will be shipped by AC&E in 2025. Any new EWS, Temperature and Humidity Node, or Digital IO Node will be shipped with firmware that supports the new sensors. Existing EWS will require a firmware update to support the new sensors, available on the AC&E website. All existing pre 2025 temperature and humidity sensors will remain compatible with all versions of firmware. A table summarising the change can be seen below:
